Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days after the order is marked as delivered.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the correct return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is the result of an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@timelesskeepsakes.shop.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

• Personalized or customized products
• Products made specifically to customer specifications
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to contact us regarding your return and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Return Address

Do not automatically return products to our business address.

Because some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities, customers must contact us before returning a product. We will provide the appropriate return address after approving the return request.
